BizCover for Brokers is a cutting-edge B2B platform that lets brokers quote multiple products from multiple insurers in minutes. We’re reshaping the insurance space with tech that’s fast, transparent, and easy to use.

Our Broker Service Team supports brokers across Australia with referrals, renewals, sign-ups, and general insurance queries. We’re all about getting it right the first time and delivering top-notch service every time.

**Role**:
We’re looking for a confident and driven Broker Support Agent to join our BizCover for Brokers team. You’ll play a key role in supporting brokers, strengthening relationships, and helping drive the success of our one-of-a-kind insurance platform.

**Requirements**:
**Day to Day responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support across the broker platform, assisting with new business, amendments, renewals, and quotations
- Process endorsement and cancellation requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure all internal systems and databases are kept accurate and up to date
- Assist with payment reconciliation and follow-up on outstanding broker payments
- Support the onboarding of new brokers, brokerages, and brokerage groups onto the platform
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a high-quality experience for brokers
- Contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvement, performing other related duties as required
