**Broker Associate / Para-Broker - High-Performing Financial Services Firm**

We're partnering with a high-performing financial services firm renowned for its results-driven culture and commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes across lending and financial advice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Para-Broker**to join a collaborative, client-focused team and play a vital role in supporting brokers with strategy, structure, and seamless loan execution.

**The Role**:**

**Key Responsibilities**:**
- Support brokers with **loan structuring, servicing analysis, and borrowing capacity reviews**:

- Maintain clean, compliant files and proactively follow up on outstanding tasks
- Stay across lender policies and market changes to offer informed support
- Deliver timely updates and proactive communication to brokers and clients
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

**What Success Looks Like**:**
- High broker and client satisfaction through proactive support and communication
- Demonstrated ownership of tasks with mínimal supervision
- Ability to add value by identifying opportunities or risks in loan scenarios

**What**we’re**Looking For**:**
- 3+ years’ experience in **para-broking,**or broker support**:

- **Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking**:

- Strong working knowledge of **residential loan products and lender policy**:

- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset and genuine passion for supporting brokers and clients
