**Who are we?**
Viceroy Lingerie is a well-established, bespoke business importing premium lingerie, swimwear and sleepwear to supply independent retail stores.
Our carefully selected European brands are stocked in 80+ boutiques across Australia and NZ. Our business is strictly B2B, we do not supply directly to consumers.
We are looking for the right person to work in our small but fun, high-performing team to develop and execute an optimal marketing strategy to raise awareness of products and brands we represent, as well as businesses we supply to.
**The role**
As a small, dynamic and continuously evolving business, we are looking for someone who has a natural hands-on approach, is a creative thinker and an excellent team player.
This role reports to the Sales Manager, provides exposure to most areas across the company, and will be growing as we expand (starting at 20 hours a week). Working closely with our sales team, you will have a lot of input in designing your role, bringing marketing ideas to the table, and executing them.

- Love for fashion and passion for beautiful and engaging digital content.
- Resourcefulness, commercial mindset.
- A fun person with positive attitude, motivated and open to new challenges.
- 2+ years' relevant professional marketing experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken.
- Excellent eye for graphic design and fashion detail.
- Experience and a solid understanding of social media, EDM, and digital marketing metrics and channels.
- Experience in digital & social content creation and management of different social media platforms, including paid ads.
- Excellent blog and copywriting skills.
- Graphic design skills (Adobe or Canva).
- Video editing skills.

- Working with PR and influencers.
- Branding
- Sales (retail or B2B)
- Website administration (WordPress)
- Photography/Videography
- Working in the fashion industry
- Lingerie sales or fitting experience
- E-commerce, SEO, SEM
**Your activities will include**:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategy designed to grow sales through raising awareness for brands we represent and stores we supply to.
- Managing our social channels - sourcing, creation, scheduling and reporting in accordance with Marketing Plan. Engaging with our followers.
- Content writing - Blogs, website, social media.
- Management of database marketing - EDMs: creating/scheduling/reporting.
- Keeping our website updated with new collections & content (images, videos, blogs) as well as coordinating key page updates (twice a year).
- Ensuring consistent branding and aesthetic across our communication platforms and channels.
- Working with our retail partners and suppliers on various marketing ideas and campaigns, liaising with third parties (influencers, photographers, printers etc).
- Managing in-house photo and video shoots for new products as well as creating video training material for our retail partners (preparation, planning and execution together with sales team)

**Start date** - January’24.
Depending on the summary of your skills you will receive $35-40 per hour, plus super and other entitlements.
