**The Role**:
We are seeking a proactive Part-Time E-Commerce Assistant to help manage our online store and support our growing digital presence. This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in e-commerce, fashion, and customer service. As part of our team, you’ll assist with daily tasks related to product uploads, website management, collaborations and customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This is a flexible part time position of 3-4 days per week, with Fridays required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain product listings across two Shopify stores (customer and wholesale) updating product details, and ensuring images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate.
- Create and maintain website menus and navigation
- Ensure all products are viewable and easily accessible on the website
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and our quality standards
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Work alongside production and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

**We’re Looking for Someone Who**:

- Has previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service (fashion industry experience is a plus).
- Is comfortable working with platforms like Shopify (preferred), or similar e-commerce systems
- Is detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a growing brand.
- Has strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Has excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
