Our Cyber Security Group is a key pillar upholding Kmart’s reputation and standing as one of Australia’s most beloved brands. They are charged with ensuring that our customers, suppliers, staff and partners data is collected, managed and maintained with the utmost security.

As a Technical Lead specialising in Identity Management at Kmart Australia, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of identity projects, contributing to the enhancement of our systems and ensuring a seamless and secure experience for our customers and team members.

**What you’ll be doing**- Growing and leading a team of Identity and Access Management experts, operating from Australia and our global offices to position Kmart as a leader in IDAM execution.- Leading identity management projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.- Providing technical leadership in the implementation of identity solutions, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.- Identifying potential risks in identity projects and implement proactive measures to mitigate them effectively.- Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into identity management strategies.

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:
- Demonstrated experience in driving identity management projects with a focus on successful delivery.- Strong technical background in identity and access management, authentication protocols, and security best practices.- Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering collaboration and driving results in a dynamic environment.- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
