Join us as an **Online Data Lead**, where you’ll take ownership of managing and leveraging digital data to empower teams. Your expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery and digital data strategy will shape the future of data-driven decision-making.

**About the Role**:
As the Online Data Lead, you will:

- Champion digital data collection and governance strategies across the organisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party agencies to prioritize technical delivery.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to understand needs, influence decisions, and deliver impactful outcomes.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver impactful outcomes.
- Introduce new ideas, enhance tracking methods, and push boundaries in analytics capabilities.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven expertise in digital analytics with hands-on experience in tools such as Google Analytics
- Proven expertise in SQL using BigQuery to query GA4 data schema.
- Proven ability in solution designing, including data layer specifications, tag configuration in tag management systems, and governing data collection.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to foster positive relationships across teams
- Experience managing external agencies and collaborating with developer teams.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering measurable results.
- A results-oriented mindset, capable of delivering strategic outcomes and improving processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in GTM or TealiumIQ will be highly beneficial
