**About the role**
In this role you will be allocating trucks with live material to various customers on sites, maximising efficiency an utilisation of their fleet of transport vehicles.

**Responsibilities**
- Use software packages to manage COR, Safety Regulations, rostering and truck movements
- Provide customer service to plants and external customers
- Allocation of loads ensuring that material is being scheduled and delivered in accordance with COR and safety regulations
- Assist the customer service team as required
- Assist with related administrative duties
- Have a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement values

**Requirements**:

- Ability to prioritise work effectively in an environment of change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Sound geographical knowledge of metropolitan and surrounding suburbs of Sydney
- Competent when working with computers and various software packages (training will be provided)
- Experience in planning/scheduling within the transport industry would be desirable but definitely not essential
