**The Role**

Reporting to the General Manager - WorkStay, this role will lead a significant portfolio of WorkStay Parks (located predominantly in Queensland), we are seeking an experienced commercial leader who has demonstrated ability to lead teams across multiple locations in the delivery of, sales growth, great customer experiences, standards improvement and profitability.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience leading multi-site operations and remote teams ideally within the tourism, hospitality or the retail industries. Your naturally upbeat and open leadership style will fit our cultural values and will help you champion change and continuous improvement across your region.
- Commercially minded with the customer at the heart of decision making
- Multi-site operations experience in hospitality, tourism, retail operations or similar commercial fields. Currently a State, Regional, Operations, Area Manager or similar
- Commercial and highly results orientated using financials, analytics and trends to prioritise focus to positively impact P&L outcomes across a range of assets
- A record of success founded on attracting and developing top talent. Strong emotional intelligence is essential
- Passion for ‘making life easy for park teams’ creating daily processes and embracing technology that frees up park managers to focus on guests
- Experience operating food businesses and/or workforce villages would be advantageous, however not essential

A degree or qualification in business, finance or a related disciple will be highly regarded, along with strong Excel skills and ability to confidently speak in front of an audience.
