**About the role**

Part of the Customer Enablement team, you be responsible for providing essential operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the Customer Operations team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Collect, analyse and Interpret data to generate operational reports highlighting performance and trends
- Establish key performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational performance including UMI and NPS
- Provide regular reports and updates to Customer Operations Team and senior management on operational performance
- Develop robust and consistent Inflow and productivity reports across all process areas
- Conduct analysis of historical data, trends and business forecast to determine workforce requirements
- Monitor and analyse key performance Indicators related to workforce planning and Identify performance gaps and propose corrective actions
- Collaborate with BPO vendor to provide Input into BPO workforce planning and Influence for optimisation

**Is this you**:
A natural problem solver with strong attention to detail you enjoy analysing information to make recommendations on operational priorities and strategy

Desirable;
- Degree qualified In business administration or related field or Advanced degrees or certifications In related field
- Solid understanding of operational principals, methodologies and best practice across front and back office teams
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency In data analysis and statistical modelling
- Ability to provide meaningful Insights to drive data-driven decisions
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work In a dynamic, face paced operational environment
