Minutes to Seconds is looking for a Performance Tester in a Contract role in Melbourne.

**Requirements**:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Performance Tester for our client in the Telecom Sector. As a Performance Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of our software systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks, conduct testing, and implement solutions to optimize system performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct performance testing to assess system behavior under various conditions.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement performance enhancements.
- Monitor system performance in production environments and proactively address issues.
- Perform capacity planning to ensure systems can handle expected loads and growth.
- Investigate and resolve performance-related incidents and outages.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in performance engineering.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in performance engineering and testing.
- Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, AppDynamics, or similar.
- Knowledge of software architecture and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
