About the role

We are seeking an experienced Roadworthy Licence Tester to join our team at the Point Cook Service Centre in Hoppers Crossing, Victoria. As a full-time Roadworthy Licence Tester, you will be responsible for conducting thorough vehicle inspections and issuing roadworthy certificates to ensure the safety and compliance of vehicles in our local community.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform detailed vehicle inspections and assessments to check for roadworthiness against regulatory standards
  2. Issue roadworthy certificates for vehicles that meet the required safety and compliance criteria
  3. Assist with other automotive servicing and repairs as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Valid Roadworthy Tester licence or certification
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in vehicle inspections and roadworthy testing
  3. Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components
  4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify safety and compliance issues
  5. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
