**The Company**

The Pool Tile Company is an Australian owned and operated company of 80 + employees with a reputation in the Pool Industry for providing **quality** products and **amazing** service. We offer the broadest selection of mosaic and stone tiles for pools and outdoor surrounds on the market in our new purpose-built premises at the Brisbane Airport which houses our spacious showroom, warehouse and office space.

We believe in the **lifetime value of a customer** and understand that we can only do this if we are building **long-term relationships** and providing **excellent service every time** we interact with our clients. **As a Customer Service Consultant you will**:

- Utilise MS Office and SAP to process sales quotes and sales orders.
- Organise freight locally and interstate to dispatch orders.
- Liaise with the Warehouse & Production teams on stock and order fulfilment
- Build and maintain on going relationships with our clients.
- Assist in the Showroom on occasion

**The Person**:
You don't need to have tile or pool experience, you just need to have **a passion for people **and demonstrate the following attributes:

- Be committed to our Customer Service Philosophy.
- Be a warm people person who naturally builds rapport and exudes confidence.
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Like working as part of a close knit team.
- Enjoy assisting our customers to fulfill tile orders.
- Have excellent administration skills and an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Be solutions driven with good time management and problem solving skills.
