**PERSOLKELLY** is looking for **Customer Service Consultants** for a client based in Enoggera. This is a great opportunity with multiple vacanies and a rotating roster. Our client is approaching their busy season and in need of enthusiatic staff. This is an opportunity to build upon your skillset and work with leading organisation.

This role offers flexibility with hours, an attractive hourly rate, onsite parking and the potential to work from home.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to obtain and retain Defence security clearance (Australian citizenship mandatory)
- Pre-placement medical ( Medical Questionnaire, reviewed by Nurse + Instant D&A)
- Police Check less than 30 days old from start date
- Current drivers licence (preferred)
- Client online inductions required before commencement

Skills required:

- Previous experience in a high-volume customer service role
- Excellent listening, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritise work and manage time effectively
- High levels of attention to detail and strong system / CRM and PC skills
- A great team player who is highly motivated and strives to achieve individual and group results
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
