**The Opportunity**:
Chubb is currently on the search for self-driven, passionate, and enthusiastic Customer Service Consultants based in their Brisbane location working within Chubb Electronic security sector.

**You will contribute by**:

- Providing exceptional customer service to all our customers
- Problem solving and investigating a variety of simple and complex requests
- Provide first line customer retention services
- Data entry / administration
- Handle customer complaints and disputes

**Experience and Knowledge Requirements**:

- A passion for customer service
- The ability to identify a customers need and provide support
- A Team player focus, working collaboratively to exceed expectation
- A fast learner and a love for learning new things
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Resilience to manage high workloads during peak periods
- The resourcefulness to investigate problems and identify solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication
