**THE ROLE**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HSEQ Administrator to join our HSEQ Division. This position is based at our CBD head office and offered on a full time permanent basis.

This role will encompass:

- Managing the HSEQ inbox
- Collating HSEQ data, reviewing, updating and maintaining statistics and compiling reports
- Maintaining HSEQ Department Document Management
- Managing HSEQ databases and systems
- Creating and managing HSEQ dashboards, spreadsheets and reports
- Preparing and distributing HSEQ correspondence throughout the business and subsidiary companies

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience with document and record management systems
- Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines
- Certificates IV in Work Health and Safety, Quality Assurance or desire to work towards completion is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Experienced user of the Microsoft Office suite of programs
