As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a vital role in understanding the customers’ business needs and translating them into solutions that enable growth and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage pre-sales and organic growth opportunities in consultation with sales managers
- Fast-track implementations, delivering maximum available revenue in the shortest available timeframe
- Deliver in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to business managers and executives
- Assist in educating the customers' operational and finance teams on post-go-live reconciliation and general needs

**Requirements**:

- Ability to understand complex product offerings and articulate them to strategic customers in a simple manner
- Pre and post-sales experience supporting the sales cycle for strategic customers resulting in a successful delivery of goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, project management tools, web services, APIs, and test tools
- 3+ years of experience within Travel Technology or Payments/Finance industries (advantageous)
- Working knowledge of SQL (advantageous)
