This extraordinary opportunity will see you as the Team Coordinator where you will be confidently providing high level administrative support to 3 teams within the Governance Risk sector. This is an exciting role that will see you responsible for:

- Liaising with clients over the phone
- Onboarding new clients and staff
- Database management
- Calendar support including booking meeting rooms
- Ensuring administration, policy and system processes and changes are implemented
- Minute taking and distribution
- Prepare client correspondence including client packages, reports and proposals
- Coordinating and running team functions & events
- Knowledge or exposure to XERO, MYOB and APS
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Fantastic time management and organization skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
