The I.AM Amplified Program is an ANZ wide initiative that aims to uplift processes, systems and data related to Non-Financial Risk (NFR) and compliance with our obligations. The AR & AC I.AM Amplified program will drive the successful implementation of the revised Non-Financial Risk Framework across Australia Retail & Australia Commercial Divisions, representing a significant portion of ANZ systems, process and customer base. This includes:
- Up to date knowledge of our compliance responsibilities, business processes supporting these and our control environment
- Clear roles and responsibilities and target operating model for NFR Risk & Compliance management across both Australia Retail & Australia Commercial Divisions
- Robust NFR management and capabilities
- Accurate data on our NFR risk environment, compliance responsibilities, controls and remediation to reduce NFR risks
- Delivering automated tool and process improvements for NFR risk management
The purpose of this role is to execute on the change and communications mechanisms that will drive the successful implementation of the revised Non-Financial Risk Framework across Australia Retail & Australia Commercial Divisions, representing a significant portion of ANZ systems, process and customer base.
What will your day look like
- Risk and issue management for the AR & AC I.AM Amplified Implementation Project (including understanding the impact of dependencies)
- Developing solutions to manage the risk of NFR processes and systems during the life of the program under the Agile delivery model of co-existence
- Leading the Divisional adoption related to events management under the NFR Framework and design of solutions to complement the Australia Breach Reporting regime
- Quality assurance of the proposed solutions and deliverables and provide guidance to the business on any uplift required
- Co-development of NFR co-existence solution with Group Risk Program leads and consideration of leadership and business team feedback/input
- Review of the risk, compliance and control information for meeting Framework minimum standards and calibration of risk information across all business units and Divisions for consistency and accuracy - in parallel with the Risk Theme releases and the NFR Solution Lead
