**You & your new role**

This 1st Line role assists the Controls Delivery & Marketing team by acting as a central point of contact for governance and reporting, working closely with the divisional control teams supporting the CX business.

You will be responsible for supporting the divisional control teams, assisting in coordinating risk management activities and supporting the teams in the uplift of risk reporting to CX Leadership.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Ability to manage deliverables and drive completion dates from internal services and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Able to focus and drive change effectively.

**A typical day will include**:

- Risk profiling: assist in identifying risks and designing key indicators
- Assist in designing controls: to identify the right controls to mitigate risks and obligations applicable to the business
- Assist in developing and maintaining compliance plans
- Assist in completing compliance obligations assessment
- Engaging relevant Enterprise Controls communities for expert assistance as appropriate
