**Specialist Advisor - Airports**:
**What you’ll be doing**:
As a Specialist Advisor, Airports you will provide domain expertise to help solve complex issues and consult on ways to enhance our Airport systems. To be successful in the role, you will have experience in helping to deliver projects to implement new systems and business processes, and recommend strategies as to how they can be improved.

Excellent time management and stakeholder engagement skills are a must, with the role engaged in a diverse range of activities. You will be recognised as a senior expert and thought leader who liaises with internal stakeholders and relevant Technology team members to ensure systems meet the desired business outcomes.
- Work with internal teams to investigate business process or system challenges and identify opportunities for innovative solutions.
- Quickly identify the cause of complex issues and provide recommendations on solutions.
- Work with project teams in designing system enhancements and/or implementing and integrating new systems.
- Proactively keep up to date on product changes and regularly share new information with users.
- Engage with stakeholders and vendors on a regular basis.

**You’ll be great in this role if you**:

- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Departure Control and Airport Systems.
- Ability to understand and analyse business issues, translate them into business requirements, and then into airline system solutions.
- Experience supporting allocated division systems in a large organization.
- Proven strong communication and facilitation skills with both user and management levels.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and deliver effective change.
- 2+ years’ experience supporting systems in a large, ticketed airline
