Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.
**Your Opportunity**:
The position of a Safety (WHS) Advisor will contribute to the effective development, coordination, management and delivery of a professional Work, Health & Safety (WHS) and services throughout the CHQ HHS as part of the broader People and Governance team.
**Reporting to the Senior Safety Advisor, you will**:
Effectively and efficiently inform and support CHQ on all WHS matters including supporting stakeholders in the operational management of WHS, identifying strategies for improving performance and providing WHS information across the HHS.
To develop, implement, review and report on WHS policies, guidelines, procedures and networks consistent with legislative requirements and Departmental HHS policy.
This role will be based at Russell Street, West End, however, will be required to work across all facilities located within the CHQHHS.
