The Company:
This Global Market Leading Furniture Company is looking for an experienced Account Manager in Sydney.
With a fantastic brand name and excellent company culture, our client has an excellent reputation for staff development and career progression.
The Role:
Focusing on major retail accounts such as Harvey Norman, David Jones and Myers your role is to educate the store staff on the features and benefits of the product portfolio.
Visiting approximately 2 - 4 stores daily, you must manage and organise your time effectively.
Building relationships and training your store staff is of huge importance. Your role is to ensure the retailers believe in your products as they will be the ones selling them on your behalf.
The ideal applicant will have experienced in a field based sales role where you’ve worked towards sales targets and KPI’s.
Previous experience selling High Ticket items such as white goods, brown goods, cosmetics or fragrance products is a benefit however not a deal breaker. My client would also consider backgrounds in cosmetics, consumer goods, haircare, consumer electronics, jewellery, apparel etc.
It would be beneficial if you’ve sold a premium product where you have had to sell on quality rather than price.
This is a role for someone looking to build a career and join a well established company who will train and develop you over time.
