**Wekare Disability Services** is seeking to employ bright, enthusiastic, qualified support workers for clients in Maryborough VIC.

**Wekare** is an organisation committed to delivering reliable and high-quality services and supports to NDIS participants. We offer a variety of services to disabled persons to improve their quality of life and aid in achieving the best possible outcomes for every client.

A high level of competency, initiative reliability and autonomy is required for this position.

The position is casual and ongoing with some flexibility in hours.

Mandatory Qualifications are required for this role

1. Cert III, IV in Disability or Aged Care Services

2. National/International Police Check

3. Working With Children Check

4. NDIS Screening Check

5. First Aid Certificate (incl. resuscitation)

6. Valid Driver's License and Access to an insured vehicle.

7. Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination status.

8. Introduction to the NDIS training module certificate.

The position requires the responsible delivery of a variety of support services such as; community participation and access, monitoring behaviour and the administration of medication.

WeKare may provide additional training where required, to meet specific participant requirements.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 15 - 30 per week

**Salary**: $29.89 - $38.08 per hour

All Wekare staff are required to wear appropriate PPE at all times, while supporting NDIS participants.

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Screening Clearance (required)
- Introduction to the NDIS online training module. (required)
