This is a permanent full-time role based in SYDNEY.

**Enough about us What you’ll do as an Account Manager**:
The purpose of this Account Manager is to maximise cross platform sponsorship and partnerships on 10 Metro, 10 Regional and digital platforms. Working in the Sydney market this role will also feature duel responsibility to provide admin support to both Sydney Agency & Regional Directors.

Our Sydney Sales team works in the office Tuesday-Friday and WFH Monday.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Working to a Sydney sponsorship budget, this role will support the Sydney sales team making their sponsorship targets across multiple shows and platforms including MasterChef, Survivor, Big Brother and more.
- Working with the Sydney Sales team and the Paramount Brand Studio Team to drive Sponsorship & Partnerships presentation creation, including bespoke client tailored ideas
- A pivotal part of the role will be to unify the sales pitch across Regional and Metro teams
- Pro-actively maximise revenue opportunities through identifying clients marketing challenges and working with internal resources to provide solutions via partnerships and sponsorships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Continually and pro-actively develop knowledge and expertise of the Network 10 products and industries, including marketing expertise, business knowledge, researching tools and techniques, and the competitive environment.
- Become a central point of communication for clients / Liaise with the Paramount Brand Studio team to communicate to clients regarding the implementation of partnerships and sponsorships
- Manage the day to day for an Account Executive team member

**What are we looking for in an Account Manager? What’s important?**
- 2-3 years of business-to-business / new business development experience with consistent and proven results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence.
- Experience determining client’s needs and designing tailored solutions (ideally, within the media or advertising industry).
- Strong negotiation skills and able to ensure value is maximised for both clients and the business.
- Excellent presentation skills, ability to engage and influence target audience.
- Strong drive and ambition, capable of working autonomously and managing time effectively
- Previous media experience would be great, but not essential
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong problem solving skills
