At Bis, we understand career development in the workplace. This full-time position will enable you to deepen your talent acquisition abilities along with market remuneration knowledge as our (National) Talent Acquisition and Compensation Manager, liaising closely with our senior leadership team on implementing our Talent strategy nation-wide. You will also have the honour of managing a high-performing resourcing team located in both our Brisbane and Perth offices.

You will be involved in regular reviews and analysis of market conditions; advising on HR/IR issues which include EA negotiations and employment contracts; talent pooling and workforce planning; data analysis and reporting and; leading the discussions around annual remuneration reviews.

To enjoy and get the best out of this role you need the following:

- Prior experience within the resources, construction, mining and/or logistics industries;
- experience leading a recruitment, remuneration or related HR function;
- a certification in Korn Ferry Hay Group - Job Evaluation methodology (desirable) and;
- experience collaborating with various internal stakeholders (i.e. senior leadership team) and external stakeholders to effectively and efficiently address recruitment requirements and improvements.

Last but not least, the Bis Head office is based in Osborne Park with available parking, close to public transport and has an in-house gym, cafe and swimming pool available for use.
