We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator, to assist the Project Manager by monitoring team performance, implementing processes, tracking process delivery, managing risks and issues, reporting progress, and keep track with the documentation.

This is an initial 12 months' contract position, with the likelihood of another 12 months extension.

You'll be responsible to:

- Create and manage tools, training materials, and systems for the project.
- Train teams on management processes and ensure compliance
- Track project plans, budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Manage project risks, changes, and approvals.
- Monitor project costs and budget deviations.
- Review project data and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Prepare status reports and facilitate progress meetings.
- Capture meeting minutes and update workplans based on outcomes.
- Monitor vendor compliance and achievement of outcomes.
- Manage vendor payments and obtain approvals.
- Build positive relationships with vendor teams.

This role would suit someone from an IT background with strong IT abilities, knowledgeable in software delivery, enterprise architecture, process analysis, and skilled in managing changes. You may have tertiary education in relevant disciplines or significant experience in similar roles are welcomed. You'll also have:

- A certification in a recognized project management methodology (eg PSP, MSP, Prince2)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrable MS Project, MS Visio and MS Excel skills.
- Understand the concept of the software development lifecycle (for example: designing, testing, deploying)
