To be Successful in this Role, You Should Have:

- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
- Good knowledge of the construction industry
- Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record of success in a 360 desk role
- Clear ability to meet KPIs and targets
- Experience with JobAdder is a bonus
- Interest in continuous improvement and self-development
- Honesty and trustworthiness
- Self motivated with a can do attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational abilities and multitasking skills
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients
