We’re seeking an
**ICT Manager (Onsite)** to provide strategic and operational technology leadership that enhances teaching and learning within one of RTG's customers, a dynamic K-12 private school. This is a core leadership role within the school leading a team of RTG onsite staff as well as other remote RTG resources. You will be responsible for planning, including developing a well-thought-out roadmap, operational and project management, customer service, and people coaching and development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside the College’s senior management team to ensure that the technology environment best supports the learning and teaching objectives and goals of the College.
- Develop an annual technology roadmap and operating budget and monitor the implementation of the roadmap.
- Drive and manage projects and ensure successful delivery including ongoing support and training.
- Lead your team to deliver consistently superior customer service that is continuously improved.
- Implement and manage operational procedures for the management of all technology.
- Lead the team to meet the SLAs and XLAs to outperform user expectations.
- Together with Security Consultant at RTG drive improvement and focus on cyber security.
- Lead, coach, and develop your team and be an active participant in RTG training and best practice sharing.

**About YOU**

We would like to hear from people with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the desire to exceed customer expectations. You will bring with you:

- Experience and knowledge of end-to-end IT support functions including service desk ticketing and escalations
- Experience managing the provision of ICT support services
- Broad background and knowledge of end-to-end ICT support functions including Mail (Outlook/Exchange), Teams, Share point, systems administration, enterprise security, back-ups, LAN/WAN migrations, web, VOIP (Voice over IP), etc
- Understanding of cloud-based delivery platforms and services such as MS Intune, Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and Google for Education
- Problem management skills and the ability to ensure technical problems are managed effectively
- Experience with project management or Microsoft/Mac implementations
- Experience working for a managed services provider is preferred but not essential
