**The role**

The acquisition of Citigroup Australia's consumer business supports NAB's strategic growth ambition for Personal Banking, helping the bank achieve its goals faster as it drives toward being Australia's best Personal Bank. NAB has mobilised an integration team to support the transition of Citigroup Australia into NAB's Personal Banking Division and integration of both businesses.
- This role is part of the Citi Integration sub-domain and is integral in delivering changes across People, Processes and Technology
- The Product Owner will work within the Unsecured Lending Migration squads to deliver strong outcomes aligned to the strategy and scope of the project
- Design and support the execution of the migration of unsecured lending customers and products being migrated to NAB, while articulating and providing inputs into the organisational and product level vision, strategy and value-added features
- Partner with Product Owners, Program Managers and other senior stakeholders to understand customer and business impacts and translate these into business requirements
- Be a liaison between the technology and business end-users

**Day-to-day will include**:
As the JOB TITLE you have responsibility to:

- Business outcomes across the USL Migration stream within the Citi Integration subdomain
- Customer migration experience
- Business requirements
- Cross-functional leadership

**What you will bring**:

- 8+ years of product management, transformation, risk or consulting in Financial Services
- 5+ years of experience on Credit Cards (schemes knowledge, Visa/MasterCard, payments)
- Experience with Agile project delivery methodology
- Demonstrated success delivering complex projects and under tight timeframes
- Exposure to migration programs and/or Transitional Service Arrangements
- Experience in leading Business Analysts with data gathering, technical/process analysis and mapping, problem solving, functional specifications, and documentation
