As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a **Tender & Contract Administration Manager** to join our national team and play a key role in securing new business opportunities and managing national contract administration processes.

**As the Tender & Contract Administration Manager, you will**:

- **Lead the full tender process** from identifying opportunities through to submission and post-tender activities.
- **Prepare and submit compelling and timely tenders**,** incorporating input from key stakeholders.
- **Monitor and report on tendering activity**,** providing insights to improve future outcomes.
- **Manage the contract lifecycle**,**ensuring compliance, governance reporting, and resolution of issues.
- **Develop and implement national contracting initiatives**,** including business cases, workflows, SOPs, and training programs.

**About you**:
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare or related environment.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of the tendering process and contract management.
- Project management and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field (Desirable but not essential).
