**Our client**:
Our client is a well established Financial Planning & Mortgage Broking practice in Bella Vista looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to service their existing client base and grow thier book. If you are looking for a role that incentivises and remunerates for hard work and high performance, this is the position for you.

This will be the ideal role for you if you have experience working with the banks and understand their guidelines or if you currently have an existing book. The biggest thing about you will be your personality and eagerness to learn and grow.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Touch base with existing client base to introduce yourself
- Work with director on growing the business
- Build strong relationships with financial planning team to follow up on potential leads
- Work closely with administration support team to ensure they are providing the best support for you
- Filter through the financial planning book of leads to engage new clients
- Understand client needs and conduct fact find interviews to help them achieve their financial goals
- Ensure you are looking after the clients best interest and providing a positive seamless journey
- Keep up to date with bank guidelines and regulations

**Experience**:

- 2+ years experience as a Mortgage broker - residential lending
- Proven experience settling $3+ million per month
- Great communication and written ability
- Ability to think on your feet and outside the box
- Experience leading a team is desirable but not essential
