**_Youth Employment Scheme (YES)_**
- The Youth Employment Scheme (YES) provides young people aged 15 to 29 with a 12-month, entry-level opportunity to work in the Victorian Public Service while completing accredited training._

**_ To be eligible for the YES, you must be:_**
- _ aged 15 to 29 years when you start the traineeship_
- _ unemployed or working less than 15 hours per week_
- _ not currently undertaking tertiary education_
- _ without a post-school qualification (excluding Certificate I-IV courses)._

**About AGA**:
AGA has more than 30 years’ experience in training people and placing them into employment, with a focus on apprenticeships and traineeships. AGA partners with the MAS National consortium to deliver Apprenticeship Network Provider services in Victoria.

**About the role**:
Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful trainee as well as providing on the job training for 12 months. **About you**:

- Outstanding **written **and **verbal** communication
- Computer literate
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, quick learning attitude
- Ability to organise and prioritise own tasks
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
- Able to commit to a 12 month Traineeship

**What you will do**:

- Be rotated around Department of Education division but attached to School and Regional Groups - Operations and Governance Division
- Provide day to day support to schools regarding governance and operations
