**About the role**:
AGA is currently seeking a motivated individual who is keen to learn and develop administrative skills as a Business Trainee. The role involves undertaking a range of administrative tasks working alongside a supportive work team. The successful applicant will be required to work **Monday - Friday** 38 hours a week. Our host employer is a multidisciplinary financial services firm - accounting, financial planning, mortgage broking, self-managed super funds.

**About you**:

- Outstanding **written **and **verbal **communication
- Computer literate
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive, quick learning attitude
- Ability to organise and prioritise own tasks
- Well presented and professional
- Must be willing to undergo a National Police Clearance
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
- Able to commit to a 12 month Traineeship

**What you will do**:

- Reception: mail - incoming and outgoing, phones, sms meeting reminders, greet clients, set up and clean up the board room, coffee and tea for clients (made with our small coffee machine), grab coffees for the directors, stationary orders, stock our drinks fridge, water the plants, dust in the office, organise the stationary cupboard, meet trades that we have engaged, buy milk, dishwasher, fix the printer (ha), know where the screwdriver lives, take the rubbish out, etc.
- Administration Assistant: scanning, filing, printing, binding, some data entry work, some workflow tasks etc.
- Ad hoc tasks: Adhoc and wide ranging admin tasks from everyone like; purchase gifts for staff or clients, find a storage solution for this or that, organise footy tipping, catering, organise the company flu shots, research solutions to a problem, organise a subscription, office furniture needs, decorate the office for all events, help me with organising staff functions etc.
