At DataMesh Group, we're seeking a Management Consultant who excels in driving operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency. In this role, you'll be central to enhancing project management, compliance, technology security, and governance structures, ensuring our business remains robust, compliant, and well-positioned for long-term success.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Optimizing project management for greater efficiency.
- Developing and implementing effective compliance models.
- Assessing and improving technology security measures.
- Creating clear, efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Strengthening governance through ARC committees.
- Analysing and enhancing existing workflows and processes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to implement strategic improvements.
- Documenting best practices and providing necessary training.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Structured problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven leadership in driving operational improvements.
- Desired expertise in eCommerce, technology risk assessments, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with industry standards: SOC2, PCI DSS, NIST, ISO.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 5+ years of relevant consulting experience (payments, operational efficiency).
- Expertise in project management, compliance, governance, and technology security.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven capability in driving practical and sustainable solutions.
