Gym Receptionist

We are now recruiting a Sales Receptionist for our Marrickville Branch

**Sales Reception responsibilities**:

- Membership enquiries and sales
- Administration processes for memberships
- Assist members with enquiries and build positive club culture
- Enquiry and complaint handling
- reporting issues and providing feedback to Club Manager
- Assisting & contributing to marketing & social media content
- Maintaining housekeeping and cleanliness of the gym
- Following all processes & procedures
- Achieve KPIs

**About You**:

- Excellent phone communication skills
- Proven sales experience working with KPI's
- Previous customer service experience in similar sectors
- Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms
- Ability to cover all aspects of gym operations, sales and front desk
- Strong passion for health and fitness

**Role requirements**:

- Preferrable First Aid/CPR

**The position**:
You will represent the Strive Fitness brand at the front desk, welcoming our members into the club and providing support.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift

COVID-19 considerations:
In line with government guidelines

- Monday
- Friday in between 8am-2pm
- Saturday
- Sunday 10-6pm

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
