Mastergroup is an established software development company in Subiaco, with 40 years of excellence in providing financial products and services for the Australian Agricultural sector.

We are seeking a proactive Payroll Officer who will be a key member of the Customer Support and Success Team. The successful applicant will provide additional assistance to the CSS Team during the busy phase where our customers will be setting up STP2 in their Wage Easy program.
- **Please note this is a casual/temporary position until the end of July which may be extended if required.**_

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Attend to customer calls.
- Answer customer helpdesk tickets
- Conduct one-on-one consultancy calls to guide customers through how to set up STP2 in their Wage Easy program.
- Minimum Certificate IV or higher in Bookkeeping and Accounting
- On-the-job payroll experience
- Good understanding of STP 1 and STP 2

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
