Position Overview:
At Wise Specialist Emergency, we are leaders in providing a better way to our patients & their families to experience care without the wait of hours. We provide better environment to both our patients and staff by offering happy environment when they need it most. With a reputation for excellence, we are committed to have strategies in place to support our stakeholders with specialist workforce required for emergency care. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Services Manager to join our team. This role will require you to ensure smooth operation of non-clinical functions for the specialist emergency medical clinic. You will be playing a critical role in balancing the needs of our emergency medical centre with quality patient care.
We’re looking for someone with
- Proven experience in corporate services management, ideally within the related field.
- Strong understanding of emergency clinics and industry requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach to corporate challenges
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative functions, and office management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Implement improved procedures to support clinical services.
- Manage staff development for administrative and support teams.
- Manage employee relations and performance management as per HR policies.
- Oversee financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure contracts and agreements and applied effectively
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with senior management for business expansion.
- Oversee the management and security of patient Medical Records and that IT systems are up to date.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and ensure complaints / feedback are efficiently addressed.
- Implement measures to mitigate any potential risks.
- Ensure the medical centre has adequate insurance coverage.
- Promote the medical centre within the community and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Travel interstate to support interstate operations and expansions
Qualifications & Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in, Business management or a related field.
- Alternatively, minimum 5 years of experience can used in lieu of qualification.
- Proven experience in corporate services management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of medical centre management and providing strategic leadership.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role
- Skills:
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure.
