**About us**:
We are a small family owned service in Turramurra. Our approved provider has a Masters of Teaching and is passionate about having the right supportive team. Our purpose built centre was opened in 2016, benefits from large rooms & natural outdoor environment with quality resouces. All our educators are friendly, helpful & respectful. We believe in working as a team with the children our No.1 priority. We have a beautiful group of families at our service who consider Little Wallabies an extension of their family. We work closely with our families to support each child's individual develop and goals. We are seeking a likeminded educator who is passionate about children's learning and being part of a respectful and helpful team.

**To be eligible for the position you need to**:

- Ideally have room leader experience (happy to consider an ECT graduate who is after their first role).
- Be capable of programming & completing individual observations and assessments. We use OWNA for all programming. For less experienced applicants our educational leader will support/mentor you.
- Have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Be a team player, professional, respectful and organised
- Be passionate about working with children and their families and committed to providing high quality care
- Have good communication skills getting down to the children's level
- Have a current working with children check and first aid certificate.
- Be an Australian Resident or hold a working visa (this is essential) - we will not consider overseas applicants that do not hold a valid visa giving them the right to work in Australia).
