Overview

Room Leader opporunity at OAC Freshwater. Our campus is looking for a passionate Room Leader for our Preschool room. You'll lead high quality educational programs for the 3-5 age groups and benefit from the support of strong leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead high quality educational programs for the 3-5 age group.
  • Implement pedagogy in your teaching practice and contribute to a holistic view of each child's development.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to support a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor qualification
  • Experience in planning and implementing the educational program with a holistic view of child development
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
  • Effective implementation of pedagogy in teaching practice
  • Valid Employee Working with Children Check number
