**Little Zak's Academy** is privately owned and family run. Our aim is to provide early childhood care and education in a safe, welcoming, adopting and nurturing environment.

We are seeking experienced Room Leaders**across** Sydney**. A general expression of interest to find experienced Room Leaders, we have a 42 centres throughout NSW and will aim to find you a Room Leader opportunity close to home.

You will provide leadership in delivering high quality, inclusive learning programs, while working closely alongside the Centre Director to strive for an exceeding centre.

**About the role**:

- Lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships with one another.
- Lead and develop the team to deliver a high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum and outcomes for each child in your room.
- Ensure that all documentation, of children's learning, is visible and accessible to families and contains high-quality information to meet regulatory requirements.
- Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.

**About you**:

- **A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent) - Mandatory**:

- **Unrestricted full-time working rights in Australia - Mandatory**:

- **Previous experience as a Room Leader is advantageous**:

- **Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)**:

- **Outstanding level of verbal and written communication to send quality updates to our families**:

- **Strong technology skills**:

- **A current Working with Children Check**:

- **A current approved First Aid/CPR/Asthma and Anaphylaxis/Child Protection training, or willingness to obtain**
