**Overview**

**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**

Strategic Focus
- Support, maintain, monitor and contribute to the service improvement of the Integration Suite
- Ensure smooth delivery of change into the Production environment, working closely with IT service management change or the Project Development Team
- Provide critical support to prevent incidents caused by changes and through pre-release testing and analysis
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen organisational processes and practices

Operational Management
- Raise security issues and breaches to the Team Leader
- Report to Management of any issues that may impact the Business Application patching, maintenance, and upgrades
- High-level inputs in executing design plans
- Identify, undertake and deliver new initiatives in the team
- Identify, collect requirements, and develop workflows to automate Business/IT processes
- Review and update relevant documentation
- Monitor service levels for Incidents and Requests and implement improvement programs to achieve objectives
- Ensure Incidents, Requests and Problems are resolved within SLA, or escalated to the appropriate Production Support team
- Support the Business to identify and understand pain points and provide recommendations to resolve
- Pre-release testing
- Defect management and resolution
- Ensure all errors/issues are documented and seen through to resolution and release within agreed timeframes
- Involvement in specification review for new projects to ensure compatibility with present functionality
- Identification of process improvement and workflows to reduce major incidents and call outs
- Provide 24x7 support for after-hours changes and incidents via an on-call roster

People Leadership
- Provide training to the Production Support teams on processes, tools, and environments
- Liaise with Project Development teams for smooth transition from development and deployment into Production Support

Governance & Risk
- Maintain awareness of and champion ITIL best practices
- Adhere to all Link Groups standards, policies, and procedures

**Experience & Personal Attributes**

Required
- Over 5 years development or support experience in an IT environment
- Experience with the following technologies:

- Cloud Services - MS Azure (Redis, APIM, Service Fabric, Function App and Account Storage)
- API Development - RESTful and SOAP
- Identity Management - Okta & IdentityServer4
- Enterprise Service Bus - IBM ESB
- Development Frameworks - ASP.NET 2.0, 3.5, MS Ajax, WCF
- Runtimes - MuleSoft Runtime & CloudHub, IIS
- Programming Languages - C# & Java
- CRM - MS Dynamics
- Shell Scripting - PowerShell (desirable)
- CI/CD - TFS, GIT, Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy (desirable)
- DBMS - MS SQL and Oracle (desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills

Preferred
- Knowledge of financial systems or experience working for a Financial Services provider
- Experience in Release Coordination, IT Change and Project Coordination
