**The Role**:
Ventia are currently looking to engage a motivated, articulate individual to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Defence Base Services (DBS) Integrity team.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders daily.
- Running reports through the ZCONF transaction.
- Reviewing and auditing subcontractor claims.
- Providing high level support to all stakeholders on an adhoc basis.
- Reviewing and updating Subcontractor SOR’s for Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance services
- Deep data analysis carried out weekly.
- Identifying and escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders.
- Updating data onto approval registers.
- Onboarding new DBS vendors into SAP.
- Assisting with projects as required by the business.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience within a similar role (preferable).
- Knowledge in Power Automate, SQL and BI reporting (preferable).
- MS Office experience (Intermediate/Advanced).
- Previous experience with SAP ERP system (highly desired).
- Excellent problem-solving, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Drives for continuous improvement.
- Willingness to learn and open to feedback.
