**How will I help?**
The key purpose of this role is to support the Chief Brand and Marketing Office (CBMO) to develop efficient and effective supplier relationships and governance, through coordinating our supplier relationships and processes, and acting as a central contact point for supplier matters.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Provide support to contract owners for all supplier relationships associated with CBMO and the Brand & Marketing component of Enterprise-wide supplier relationships
- Ensure CBMO maintain effective governance practices.
- Provide support for CBMO Request For Proposals (RFP’s) to drive savings, supplier efficiency and/or improve quality of supplier services
- Represent CBMO in Group supplier management initiatives, including Group RFPs, procurement system and process changes, adhoc efficiency opportunities and Group requests
- Align CBMO internal processes, including coordinating training for the team when new processes are implemented or refresher training is required

**What do I need?**
- Procurement knowledge, or understanding of contracts as a business owner
- Knowledge of COUPA preferred
- Strong understanding of risk/governance processes
- Strong relationship/stakeholder skills
