Fantastic opportunity for an experienced service coordinator to support the business and its growing customers base. You will be working with other high performing team members to deliver a totally dependable customer experience to our service and maintenance customers in and around the Brisbane region.

**This position will have responsibility for the following**:

- Efficiently scheduling new jobs
- Re-scheduling existing and ongoing jobs to deliver on service KPIs
- Constant communication with service technicians
- Daily management of technicians schedules using trade-specific software
- Managing technicians to ensure they are meeting company standards
- Managing standard job workflow
- Processing leads/quotes/jobs/invoices
- Providing administrative assistance to key internal staff and management
- General admin functions

**Key Skills and Attributes**:

- A professional phone manner with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to be on top of large numbers of new jobs
- Be highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail & a positive "can do" attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly and maintain accurate information
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills which include (experience with simPRO Software desirable but not essential)
- Geographical knowledge of Brisbane is essential

This role is an important part of the business ensuring all inbound jobs are actioned accordingly, and customers are overwhelmed with a positive and professional customer service experience.
