Woodforde Group has exclusively been engaged to assist a global organisation to find their next Sales Support Superstar

Based in Cooparoo, this organisation specialises in providing integrated security solutions across a number of different industry sectors.

As their footprint in Queensland continues to expand, they are looking to grow their internal administration support team.

**Your Role**

Reporting to the Queensland State Sales Manager, your role will involve:

- Providing administration support to the sales team
- Working with clients to quote and estimate on products and services
- Work with suppliers in relation to pricing, delivery of products and timeframes
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports using Salesforce
- Ordering stock and processing quotes
- Updating customers regarding lead times and completion of works
- Invoicing using SAP
- Follow up outstanding quotes sent to customers
- Arranging freight and delivery of materials
- Manage inbound sales enquiries and provide timely quotes and follow up to potential customers
- Data entry and cleansing using Salesforce
- Update and input customer contracts
- General administration support

To be successful for this role, you will be customer service focused and enjoy liaising with a broad range of clients on a daily basis. You will be highly organised and work well under pressure and with tight deadlines. You will have experience working with Salesforce and ideally SAP and understand the sales product life cycle. Attention to detail is a must You will be able to manage conflicting priorities well and have an energetic and can do attitude.
