E-commerce Campaign Manager

We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Campaign Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This position is based in our Perth office.

For the right person, this position offers the chance to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the business by implementing and maintaining a strong digital presence to reach a global audience.

The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Your main responsibilities are:

- Develop an annual online sales plan/campaign in line with the company vision to ensure sales growth.
- Provide senior management with advice on evolving trends in the online retail sector and so strategies can be made and modified as necessary.
- Monitor and maintain our online product to make sure all the information is aligned with the advertising campaign to generate sales.
- Data-led approach to improve our UI on our online website to generate sales.
- Understand UX trends and best practices.
- Manage, analyse and interpret online consumer behaviour and preferences.
- Conduct analysis for future market trend and implement the marketing policies.
- Manage the production of content to promote products to drive traffic on our eCommerce website.
- Investigate potential market characteristics and demand for products.
- Provide advice on determining prices, promoting sales, advertising and distribution channels
- Able to use Google Analytics to provide results.
- Manage social media influencers to create sales.
- Manage online customers through HubSpot.
- Work closely with Digital Media coordinator to launch campaigns and increase ROAS.
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales metrics to Head of Department.
