We are looking for an **Auto Parts Administrator** to provide exceptional service to our customer based in Kewdale, WA.

You will be our customer's first point of contact in their product enquiry, primary duties will include sales by phone, processing orders and attending to the sales counter.

**The responsibilities of the role involve, but are not limited to**:

- Daily Mail coordination
- Provide Customer Service and Spare Parts assistance to all Customers
- Data Entry of orders /Picking slips
- General Administration as required
- Support to the Store Manager (if required)

**Is this you?**
- High level attention to detail & accuracy
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Data Entry Skills (high level accuracy)
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Order processing experience highly regarded
