Join a fast-paced manufacturing company that are growing and expanding their Credit Risk team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a large manufacturing company that operate nationally. There is an opening for a Credit Risk Analyst to join on a Permanent basis. The Credit Risk Analyst is responsible for the management and collection of customer debt reporting to the Manager of Credit Risk and Debt Recovery.

**YOUR DUTIES**:

- Communicate with credit staff and account managers to obtain additional company documentation
- Complete credit risk papers for both new and existing customers by assessing all financials, qualitative information, complete Equifax check, use internal risk frameworks to assess trade levels and risk factors
- Comply with the requirements of policies but not limited to Trade Practices, Environment, Health and Safety, Quality Management, Equal Employment Opportunity, Credit Policy
- Maintain and nurture relationships, providing support to Sales Managers, Account Managers, State Managers, Project Managers, Area Managers, Branch Managers and General Managers
- Support the implementation of process improvement projects

**PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience working in a similar role 3+ years experience
- Strong understanding of credit risk management and practices including the impact and consequences of the risk assessment outcomes
- Degree qualified - Finance or Accounting
- Ability to analyse companies financial statements - essential
- Confidently make credit risk management decisions
- Proactive with customer engagement
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Teamplayer
