SilverChef is searching for a driven Credit Risk Analyst to support the Credit Risk Manager in advocating best practice commercial credit management solutions. You will be a key member of our Credit team, ensuring the organisation is operating within its risk parameters and appetite.

**The person we are looking for can**:
Provide Credit Risk Management across the organisation including the development and enhancement of the credit skills of the sales team.
Partner with the sales team to analyse and review the performance of our partner network

Key Qualities

3+ years’ experience in financial services with exposure to commercial credit and risk management and appropriate Tertiary Qualifications and/or Certified Banking and Credit Analyst (CBCA)
A good understanding of credit analysis, policies, and risk management principles as well as indicators of financial distress, potential loss, and fraud.
Ability to analyse complex financial statements.
Effective influencing, conflict resolution and relationship management skills.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
