ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role where you can truly make a difference? As a Careers Engagement Consultant, you will play a vital part in connecting, inspiring, and developing students and graduates to recognise the value of becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Future Member Acquisition: working closely with the Careers Engagement manager, implement the future member acquisition strategy in your region, optimising opportunities to engage potential provisional members during the graduate recruitment season and academic calendar.
- Stakeholder Relations: Manage and build trusted relationships with employers, graduates, educators, students, and key stakeholders. Your focus will be on acquiring provisional members and increasing enrolments in the CA Program.
- Brand Promotion: Promote and support brand campaigns, positioning, and values when engaging with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with CA ANZ's core messaging.
- On-Campus Promotion: Lead and support on-campus promotion of career marketing events and campaigns, collaborating with university career advisers, academics, student societies, and faculty staff. Representing CA ANZ on campus and at virtual events
- CA Speaker Program: Coordinate the region's CA Speaker Program, including speaker training and delivery of speaking opportunities at universities and high schools. This promotes career marketing events and campaigns.

Ideally you will bring your ability to build relationships and influence outcomes. Knowledge of the education system or accounting profession is a plus, along with experience in customer-facing roles and exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills. We highly encourage and welcome an interest in approaching work with a data-driven mindset. Must hold a Victorian drivers licence and be willing to travel regionally.
